Our Beliefs

As United Methodists, we believe that we are saved by God's infinite grace and cannot be saved from anything we are able to do.

Our salvation comes when we confess that Jesus is the one and only Son of God and commit ourselves to make Jesus the Lord of our lives.

We believe salvation brings both an inward and outward visible and noticeable change in the life of a new believer.

Our Mission as United Methodists is to equip congregations to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world to the glory of God with a focus on cultivating growing congregations, investing in the young and transforming our leaders.

From the time of that salvation, we believe that our lives are not our own - they belong to God. We're committed to study and spread the good news of the Gospel to the world.

We recognized that we are not perfect but working toward perfection.

To us, our salvation is precious.

We understand that God wishes ALL to be saved. (2 Peter 3:9: The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.)
